Hello dear Erasmus Generation,

A new year means new beginnings for ESN Existanbul, and we’re excited to start this chapter with a fresh and motivated team. We may all have different roles, but we share the same goal: making the Erasmus experience in Istanbul even better, together. Because we #ExistTogether !

Here’s the team that will be leading this term:

President: Karya Nil Ertan
With years of ESN experience and strong leadership skills, Karya will guide our vision and represent Existanbul in the best way.

Vice President: İris Başaran
İris will take care of coordination within the team and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Secretary: Gökay Özşenler

Gökay will share updates from both the national and international level and represent Existanbul in the best way.

Communication Managers: Zeynep Şeyma Gün & Sümeyye Akgün
They’ll be the voice of Existanbul, making sure our message reaches the whole community with creative and effective communication.

Project Manager: Deniz Akel
Deniz will lead the projects in line with ESN's core values and ensure they create meaningful social impact.

Treasurer: Begüm Yedikardeşler
Begüm will manage our financial resources carefully to keep the community sustainable.

Event Coordinator: Eslem Şahin
Eslem will bring everyone together through fun and engaging events.

HR Coordinator: Dilara Güngör
Dilara will take care of our team’s needs and ensure that every member feels valued and connected.

WPA: Emre Can Gürsoy
Emre Can will follow up on projects and make sure they’re successfully completed.

Buddy Coordinator: Mehmet Emircan Demir
Emircan will support international students, helping them adapt to Istanbul and our university.

SI Coordinator: Hakan Kabak

Hakan will work to create value-driven projects and events and support the Social Inclusion Committee’s work.

President: Gökay Bağrıyanık – Keeping an eye on how everything functions.
 

Procedural Auditor: Dilara Seydioğlu – Making sure we stay true to our rules and guidelines.
 

Financial Auditor: Mina Dilay Çolak – Ensuring transparency and accuracy in our finances.
