Hello Dear ESN Existanbul Family,

 

As we begin a new year, ESN Existanbul continues to grow and develop with new friends joining our team. Although each of us has different tasks, we unite around a common goal: To take Existanbul even further. Believing in the power of working together, we act with team spirit and strive to achieve our goals.

We are happy to share with you our team members who will take responsibility in this period:

    President: Melis Yurdakul. With her leadership skills, Melis will bring the vision of our community to life and ensure that our team is strongly represented in every field.

    Vice President & LR: Dilara Seydioğlu. As Vice President and Local Representative, Dilara will ensure internal coordination and represent Existanbul at national and international level.

    Treasurer: Mina Çolak. Mina will be in charge of managing our financial resources and will ensure the sustainability of our community by effectively managing our budget.

    Communication Manager: Deniz Akel and Sümeyye Akgün. Working in the communication department, Deniz and Sümeyye will be the voice of Existanbul and will aim to reach every member of our community with effective communication strategies.

    Event Coordinator: Karya Ertan. Karya is responsible for the organization of events and will bring our community together with interesting and fun events.

    Buddy Coordinator: Yağmur Sarı. Yağmur will guide our new international students and facilitate their adaptation to Istanbul and our university.

    WPA: Emre Can Gürsoy. Emre Can will coordinate the implementation of our projects and support their successful completion.
    HR Coordinator: Seda Öztürk. As Human Resources Coordinator, Seda will meet the needs of our team and strengthen internal communication. She will work to ensure that every member of our community feels valued.
Board of Auditors

    President of BoA: Hakan İlikçi. As the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Hakan will closely monitor the functioning of our community and ensure that the processes run smoothly.

    Procedural Auditor: Pınar Nişantaş. Pınar will take care of procedural audits and make sure that Existanbul is acting in accordance with its rules and guidelines.

    Financial Auditor: Onur Nişantaş. Onur will be responsible for financial audits and will ensure that the financial transactions of our community are carried out in a transparent and accurate manner.

We congratulate our new members and believe that we will make Existanbul an even stronger community with their contributions. We are confident that by working together, we will complete this period full of success.
