Pamukkale & Kuşadası

Pamukkale-Kuşadası trip is among the trips full of culture and entertainment organised by ESN Existanbul once every semester. The main structure of this trip consists of visiting Pamukkale in Denizli and Kuşadası in Aydın, two of the most beautiful cities in the Aegean region. Farther, the aim of this trip is both to enjoy the last remaining days of summer with sand, sun and sea; and make a cultural trip by visiting the must-see places and sights in Pamukkale and Kuşadası. This specific trip traditionally takes place at the end of September as the first trip of the fall semester; in spring it falls in the second place between Cappadocia and Fethiye trips.

Classically, the trip starts on a Friday evening with a joyous bus journey to Pamukkale, and on Saturday the fascinating ancient city of Hierapolis is covered from the beginning to the end, followed by a visit to the Pamukkale Travertines, the symbol of Pamukkale. After the excursions within the borders of Pamukkale are over, everybody sets off for Kuşadası and arrive at the hotel, after 1 night of accommodation and rest at the hotel, the day in Kuşadası on Sunday starts with a visit to Ephesus, one of the oldest tourism destinations in Turkey with a history of 8500 years. Those who want to continue their day with a pleasant boat trip on Sunday can sail to the sea by boat, while those who want to continue cultural discovery can choose to visit the village of Şirince with its unique historical architecture. Lastly, after the completion of Sunday, everyone sets off in the evening and thus, bringing to an end a miraculous Existanbul journey full of culture, entertainment and fond memories.
